Manage two pharmacies and one drug store, overseeing sales growth, inventory, purchasing, replenishment, supplier coordination, stock reconciliation, margins, promotions, staffing, and daily operations. Supervise pharmacy teams, maintain product availability, reduce overstock and near-expiry inventory, ensure regulatory compliance with UAE requirements, and regularly visit all locations. The role requires pharmacy qualifications, UAE pharmacist licensing or eligibility, commercial expertise, leadership skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

Support scheduling, booking coordination, caregiver supply-demand planning, partner onboarding, customer feedback tracking, quality improvements, and category performance monitoring. The intern will help identify growth opportunities, expand the homecare partner network, and contribute to business development initiatives while gaining practical experience in healthcare operations and community engagement.

Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, partnerships, and offline channels. Develop campaign concepts, messaging, briefs, and creative assets; coordinate agencies and external partners; support social, advertising, content, events, and brand initiatives. Track campaign performance, provide insights, and translate health-tech products into clear customer communications while monitoring industry trends.
