Lead multifamily ground-up and adaptive reuse developments from concept through turnover. Evaluate plans, budgets, schedules, and constructability. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. Manage bidding, contractor selection, contracts, change orders, permitting, inspections, closeout, and reporting. Protect ownership interests, monitor schedule, budget, quality, and safety, and manage multiple active projects.
