Trueline is seeking a Project Manager, Commercial Cladding & Siding to join their team located in Raymond, NH. In this role you’ll lead multiple commercial cladding, siding and exterior envelope system projects from award to close out, working with design, estimating, field and installation teams to deliver exceptional quality, on schedule and on budget. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of high visibility envelope system projects in a collaborative, high integrity environment.
What You’ll Do as the Project Manager, Exterior Envelope Systems:
- Manage all phases of commercial cladding and siding projects (award closeout).
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking.
- Coordinate design teams, general contractors, internal crews, and installers to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability.
- Oversee procurement of materials, fabrication schedules, and site deliveries.
- Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with plans.
- Lead coordination meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
- Identify and mitigate risks, delays, and conflicts early in the project lifecycle.
- Monitor employee production (including payroll) and subcontractor progress throughout billing cycles.
- Ensure all work meets company standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.
Project Manager, Commercial Cladding & Siding Requirements:
- Minimum 3+years of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably with cladding, siding or exterior envelope systems.
- Strong understanding of metal panel systems, composite panels, rainscreens and façade systems.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets ranging from smaller renovations up to multimillion dollar commercial builds.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam or equivalent).
- Solid knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and best practices.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed (New England region).
Nice to Haves as the Project Manager, Exterior Envelope Systems:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred (but not required).
- Prior experience working for a façade/cladding specialty contractor.
- Experience with advanced façade systems (e.g., rainscreen systems with integrated insulation, ACM panel design).
- Exposure to both new construction and restoration/renovation projects.
- Familiarity with LEED or other sustainable building practices.
- Existing relationships with general contractors or design teams in the New England commercial construction market.
