We’re seeking a Reconstruction Project Coordinator to support residential and commercial restoration efforts across the Greater Boston area. This field-based role blends coordination, documentation, and on-site support to help keep post-damage reconstruction projects moving efficiently and on budget.
What You'll Do as the Reconstruction Project Coordinator:
- Coordinate daily schedules for field crews to maintain project timelines
- Document project progress with detailed logs, including status updates, personnel tracking, and site photos/videos
- Use company software to track project workflows and assist with weekly reporting
- Monitor daily costs and support overall budget management
- Help organize materials, subcontractor schedules, and field communications
- Provide hands-on support at job sites to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Must-Haves as the Reconstruction Project Coordinator:
- Background in construction, engineering, or restoration work
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel between job sites (company vehicle may be available later)
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays as needed
- Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
Nice-to-Haves as the Reconstruction Project Coordinator:
- Experience in water/fire/mold restoration
- Familiarity with insurance-related project workflows
- Previous use of restoration or project tracking software
