Role Overview
We’re looking for a Part-Time Project Manager to oversee cross-functional initiatives, coordinate between teams, and ensure deliverables are executed on time and to ClickMint’s high standards.
You’ll work closely with our CEO, lead engineers, and CRO strategy team to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication for both internal product development and client-facing projects. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-moving, innovative environment—and is looking for part-time flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources across engineering, creative, and CRO teams.
- Facilitate regular project check-ins and status updates with the CEO and department leads.
- Track dependencies, identify risks, and proactively address potential delays.
- Maintain project documentation, including briefs, timelines, and task assignments.
- Serve as the central point of communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Oversee onboarding timelines and execution for new client projects.
- Support process improvements for more efficient cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in project management or operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com).
- Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule with periodic in-person meetings in Malibu.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience in marketing, e-commerce, or tech startups.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Understanding of AI or data-driven product development workflows.
