Owns 4–6 enterprise client relationships and a $1M–$3M portfolio. Leads technical discovery, requirements gathering, solution alignment, roadmap planning, risk management, and cross-functional delivery coordination. Partners with business development on proposals and expansion opportunities while maintaining account and pipeline data in HubSpot.

Own and support enterprise client accounts valued at approximately $1M–$3M. Partner with engineering, marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to translate client priorities into digital initiatives across CRM, commerce, analytics, marketing automation, and digital experience platforms. Designs, provisions, secures, and optimizes multi-cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Builds CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code, manages cloud compute, storage, networking, and databases, and implements monitoring, observability, load balancing, caching, and CDN solutions. Troubleshoots infrastructure issues, supports architecture proposals and cost estimates, ensures compliance, and mentors junior engineers.

Develop and enhance Shopify Enterprise storefronts using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Build Online Store 2.0 themes, sections, and templates; implement checkout extensibility; integrate Storefront APIs and apps; and deliver responsive, accessible, high-quality customer experiences. Troubleshoot production issues, support releases, document implementations, and collaborate with design, business, technology, and client stakeholders in EST-aligned Scrum teams.

Manage digital projects from planning through delivery: create project plans, track progress, manage risks, coordinate teams, communicate with clients, and monitor budgets and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Owns a $3M–$5M portfolio of 6–8 enterprise clients, serving as an executive advisor and leading digital growth strategies across CRM, marketing automation, commerce, analytics, and digital platforms. Responsibilities include client lifecycle management, business reviews, technology roadmaps, budgets, contracts, escalations, cross-functional delivery, proposals, account expansion, and HubSpot pipeline management.

Designs and implements scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Responsibilities include architecture design, platform customization, enterprise integrations, stakeholder workshops, technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, testing, UAT coordination, documentation, and continuous Salesforce platform improvement.

Develop and execute QA strategies for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including campaign configurations, customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, email rendering, data integrations, APIs, and automation workflows. Perform functional, integration, regression, system integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing; manage defects and traceability; support release validation and production investigations; and maintain QA documentation while improving regression coverage and automation opportunities.

Create branded visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, websites, emailers, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, packaging, presentations, and campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams, maintain brand consistency, revise designs based on feedback, meet deadlines, and stay current with design trends and tools.

Develop and lead integrated SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-search strategies for enterprise clients. Translate business goals, search data, customer behavior, and performance insights into prioritized roadmaps spanning technical SEO, content, information architecture, UX, and authority. Guide SEO technicians, review audits, define KPIs, analyze reporting, present recommendations, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior team members.

Lead technical design of client platforms across cloud, data, application, and AI layers. Design cloud-native architectures, data stores, LLM integrations and agent workflows, set engineering standards, review delivery work, optimize performance and costs, and maintain architecture documentation.
