Lead technical architecture and development for large-scale Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and Commerce implementations. Design integrations, data migrations, security, ALM, performance solutions, and Commerce rollouts. Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, manage technical governance, resolve escalations, and represent the company with clients and Microsoft. The role requires extensive D365 experience, multiple implementation cycles, expert X++, Azure integration knowledge, performance engineering, and strong client leadership skills.

Develop and support Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations extensions, integrations, security, workflows, batch jobs, and data entities. Build and monitor DMF, OData, and Azure-based interfaces; troubleshoot production issues; implement security roles; manage Azure DevOps releases; write tests; and participate in code reviews. Serve as a specialist in Commerce, performance, data migration, warehouse and inventory, or reporting while supporting high-volume retail operations.

Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for MaxelTracker, including prospecting, discovery, demos, pilots, negotiations, and closing. Manage an annual new-ARR quota across mid-market and enterprise segments, self-source approximately 60% of pipeline, convert pilots into annual contracts, handle privacy and compliance objections, maintain CRM accuracy, forecast weekly, and provide customer feedback to the product team.
