Support and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment to improve quality, productivity, and cost. Lead equipment installation, troubleshooting, validation, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support new product introductions, collaborate with production and global stakeholders, develop documentation, and drive process standardization across sites.

Provides first-line technical support through ticketing, email, phone, and chat. Responsibilities include logging and prioritizing tickets, troubleshooting software, hardware, drivers, and operating systems, guiding users through basic configurations, documenting resolutions, performing routine installations and updates, and escalating complex issues to L2/L3 teams. The role also requires following SOPs, tracking issue resolution, communicating clearly with nontechnical users, and developing skills toward L2 support.

Define and govern architecture for identity document issuance and management platforms. Establish standards, governance, and roadmaps. Design high-level hosting, integration, resilience, disaster recovery, security, authentication and PKI architectures. Assess emerging technologies, provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Information Security, Product and Project teams to ensure secure, scalable, EU-compliant solutions.

Owner of end-to-end QA: define test strategy, design test cases and golden paths, build and maintain automation for frontend and backend, run functional and performance tests, integrate tests into CI/CD, document results, and drive defect resolution with engineering and product teams.

Provide L2 technical support across software, systems, and hardware; troubleshoot networking, servers, firmware, and applications; analyze logs and perform RCA; maintain SOPs/runbooks; support upgrades and maintenance; escalate to L3 with clear context and collaborate with infrastructure, development, and QA teams.

Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using C#/.NET or Java/Spring Boot backends and Next.js frontends. Develop RESTful APIs, optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries, containerize services with Docker and deploy on Kubernetes. Collaborate across teams, write maintainable, well-tested code, use Git, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to architecture and documentation.

Lead and mentor a team to architect, build, and operate full stack applications. Hands-on development using C#/.NET or Java/Spring Boot backends and Next.js frontends, design PostgreSQL schemas and performance, own microservices architecture on Kubernetes, enforce engineering standards, troubleshoot production, and collaborate with product and stakeholders.

Lead and grow an engineering team building secure authentication, biometric verification, and digital identity solutions. Provide architectural guidance for MFA, cryptography, SDKs, APIs and biometric algorithms, align delivery with product and security requirements, collaborate with Product/QA/Security/Pre-Sales, and represent technical leadership in customer engagements.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for smart card, EMV and card personalization solutions. Support installation, integration, testing, UAT and production go-lives; perform root cause analysis, documentation, and customer-facing technical coordination. Develop local technical expertise and support personalization equipment, software, and validation activities.

Lead domestic and international procurement of raw materials and production supplies. Negotiate contracts, manage and qualify suppliers, plan inventory using MRP, forecast demand, monitor inventory turnover, perform cost and variance analysis, track savings KPIs, and develop contingency and supplier diversification plans.

Prepare monthly management accounts, perform month-end close and reconciliations, analyse variances, support budgeting/forecasting and ERP improvements, monitor manufacturing costs and inventory valuation, ensure compliance, assist audits, and provide financial guidance to operations and stakeholders.

Manage performance, integrity, security, and availability of on-premises and cloud databases. Install, configure, monitor, tune, backup/restore, implement security controls, support development and deployments, troubleshoot incidents, document processes, and travel to client sites for implementations and support.

Provide first- and second-line IT support for a factory: maintain LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi, switches, firewalls, servers, AD/DNS/DHCP, workstations, printers, PBX, production systems, and vendor coordination to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Serve as strategic HR partner to factory leadership, driving workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, compliance with Ethiopian labor law, engagement, L&D, HR analytics, and labor relations to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness in a manufacturing environment.

Provide Level 3 support and root-cause resolution for enterprise infrastructure and PKI systems. Deploy, configure, maintain Windows servers, VEEAM, Hyper-V, Cisco, SCCM/WSUS and PKI (PrimeKey/Microsoft CA); lead deployments, change management, DR testing, documentation, supplier collaboration, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring security compliance (ISO27001, eIDAS, ICAO).

Manage day-to-day accounting including general ledger and ERP records, journal entries, reconciliations, month- and year-end closes, financial reporting/MIS, tax filings and compliance, audits and internal controls, fixed asset and treasury management, intercompany accounting, and supervise junior accounting staff.

Sell payment solutions to banks and fintechs in Colombia: prospect and acquire new clients, build relationships with decision-makers, negotiate and close deals, maintain pipeline and forecasts, collaborate with product/technical teams, and stay current on payments regulations and market trends.

Lead deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems including PKI. Manage software lifecycle, change control, incident/problem resolution, and Windows Server operations. Provide technical leadership for integrations, testing, documentation, audits (ISO27001, eIDAS, ICAO), and coach junior staff while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders.

Lead and grow a DevOps team to modernize and operate hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Define infrastructure roadmap, architect enterprise Kubernetes with Rancher, implement IaC and CI/CD, manage middleware, embed DevSecOps practices, and drive reliability, monitoring, disaster recovery, and cross-team alignment.

Lead and oversee accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, audits, compliance, tax preparation, AP/AR, reconciliations, and forecasting. Mentor and manage accounting staff, support CFO and executives with financial insights, and ensure regulatory and tax compliance.
