Manage and grow strategic client relationships as primary contact, resolve issues, lead account teams, negotiate contracts, drive upsell/cross-sell and renewals, and pursue new business via prospecting and sales presentations.

Contact potential customers, introduce products/services, coordinate between sales, customers, and production. Prepare order confirmations, shipping documents, track production status, communicate requirements via email, source freight forwarders, and support quotations while traveling.

Serve as the primary HR contact for the Galway site delivering end-to-end operational HR support: employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, compliance, workforce planning, and HR projects while partnering with the Global HR Manager.

Design enterprise-grade product experiences: conduct research, define journeys, create wireframes, hi-fi mockups and prototypes in Figma, maintain design systems, collaborate with product and engineering, run usability testing, and travel to engage stakeholders across regions.

Provide Level 1-3 support and maintenance for servers, networks, applications and PKI environments; monitor systems, manage incidents, changes, DR testing, automation scripts, and produce reports while ensuring compliance with ITIL, EIDAS and ICAO standards.

Validate product quality through manual and automated testing, build and maintain Python-based automation frameworks (Playwright), leverage AI/ML in test design, manage defects, work in Agile teams, and support customer-facing activities including CAT, Go-Live, demos, and international travel for project delivery.

Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with Terraform/Ansible, deploy and tune middleware (RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL), implement monitoring/alerting, own releases, resolve production incidents, and mentor junior DevOps engineers while collaborating with development and QA teams.

Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise systems (Windows servers, PKI, networking, backups). Provide Level 3 incident/problem management, root-cause analysis, change control and deployments, ensure security/compliance (ICAO, EIDAS, ISO27001), operate PKI roles, manage DR processes, engage suppliers, and mentor junior support staff.

Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, backups (Veeam), PKI, network devices (Cisco/Cloudflare), patching, DB administration, scripting (PowerShell/Bash), containerization (Docker/Docker Swarm), CI/CD support, security and compliance (EIDAS/ICAO/ISO27001), mentor support teams, participate in on-call roster and up to 30% travel for implementations and audits.

Own and manage the end-to-end bid process for IT/engineering proposals: mobilise cross-functional teams, define win strategy, produce compliant proposals, manage pricing and submission, run reviews, record lessons learned, and hand over to delivery teams.

Lead and mentor a DevOps team to design, build, and operate hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Architect enterprise Kubernetes (Rancher) clusters, create CI/CD pipelines, enforce IaC (Terraform/Ansible), manage middleware (RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL), implement observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), embed DevSecOps practices, and align infrastructure roadmap with business goals.

Execute and support HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, timekeeping and payroll coordination, employee engagement, and training. Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws while fostering efficient HR operations and a positive work environment.

Supervise engineering technicians to maintain production equipment and facility infrastructure. Lead process improvements, NPI transitions, TPM activities, spare parts planning, equipment certification, and energy monitoring to maximize equipment availability, reduce downtime, and ensure compliance in a high-security manufacturing environment.

Lead APAC sales efforts by developing and executing regional strategy, building government and partner relationships, managing complex long sales cycles, negotiating commercial agreements, maintaining pipeline, and achieving revenue targets while representing the company in high-level engagements.

Manage daily manufacturing operations, production planning, equipment maintenance, and team leadership to meet on-time delivery and quality targets. Drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs (OEE, yield, MTTF, OTD), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Deploy, validate, optimise and support personalisation systems (e.g., passport/ID printers). Lead FAT/SAT/CAT/UAT testing, install and commission equipment and IT infrastructure, perform calibration and mechanical tuning, troubleshoot hardware/software/IT issues, liaise with suppliers, support live deployments and handovers, and contribute to requirements, validation, and continuous improvement.

Lead sales and revenue growth across East and South Africa by developing strategy, building government and partner relationships, managing complex tender-driven deals and consortiums, negotiating high-value agreements, maintaining a strong pipeline, collaborating with internal teams, representing the company in senior engagements, and meeting regional revenue targets.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React/TypeScript frontends and Spring/Quarkus/.NET backends. Write clean code, implement REST/gRPC APIs, work with MSSQL/MongoDB/PostgreSQL, participate in code reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current with development practices.

Design, develop and ship cross-platform applications (Web, Android) using a single Flutter/Dart codebase. Implement integrations with REST and 3rd-party APIs, collaborate in Agile teams, use Git-based workflows and CI/CD, provide architectural guidance, write/debug tests, and work with databases (Oracle/SQL/SQLite) and UML for design.
