The HR Officer is responsible for executing and supporting key human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, timekeeping, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and training. Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications ,(and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) would be an advantage).

  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws, recruitment practices, employee relations, and compensation & benefits administration.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

  • Integrity: Proven ability to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years proven experience in an HR role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws, recruitment practices, employee relations, and compensation & benefits administration
