ABOUT THE ROLE

1.Recruitment

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process locally

  • Post job advertisements, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and prepare job offers.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are met in a timely manner.

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities for new hires.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

2.HR Operations

  • Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is complete and up to date.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.

  • Administer employee benefits and support payroll and timekeeping processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

  • Support performance management activities, including performance review administration.

  • Assist managers with employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.

  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data to support decision-making.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and administrative efficiency.

3.Employee Experience

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives.

  • Support learning and development activities, including training coordination and administration.

  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive working environment.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR matters.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with solid exposure to recruitment and general HR operations.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.

  • Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic organization where processes continue to evolve and improve.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.

Skills Required
