Oversee and optimize card manufacturing processes (lamination, chip embedding, personalization, printing, encoding). Monitor daily operations, troubleshoot equipment, implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives, ensure ISO/EMV/health & safety compliance, support NPI and process validation, maintain SOPs, collect/analyze production data, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and participate in root cause analysis for defects and customer complaints.

Lead and mentor a DevOps team to design, build, and operate hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Architect enterprise Kubernetes (Rancher) clusters, create CI/CD pipelines, enforce IaC (Terraform/Ansible), manage middleware (RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL), implement observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), embed DevSecOps practices, and align infrastructure roadmap with business goals.

Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with Terraform/Ansible, deploy and tune middleware (RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL), implement monitoring/alerting, own releases, resolve production incidents, and mentor junior DevOps engineers while collaborating with development and QA teams.
