Lead HR and administrative functions including recruitment, payroll and benefits management, employee relations, policy and compliance with Tanzanian labor law, performance management, training needs assessment, office administration, and safety/environment policy oversight to support organizational goals.

Define and govern architecture for identity document issuance and management platforms. Establish standards, governance, and roadmaps. Design high-level hosting, integration, resilience, disaster recovery, security, authentication and PKI architectures. Assess emerging technologies, provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Information Security, Product and Project teams to ensure secure, scalable, EU-compliant solutions.

Lead and manage Level 2/3 technical support for smart card printers and personalization systems, troubleshoot hardware/software/production issues, oversee on-site and remote service, develop maintenance programs, ensure SLAs, coach a technical team, coordinate projects and product integrations, produce technical documentation, and support quality/compliance activities.
