Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers; manage backups, updates, and antivirus; monitor LAN/WAN connectivity; support Active Directory/O365 user accounts; maintain asset inventory and documentation; escalate complex issues and follow IT policies.

Manage shot tracking, schedules, artist allocations and production trackers for VFX/animation projects. Coordinate reviews, feedback, vendor deliveries, and cross-team communication. Flag schedule risks and support milestone planning to ensure timely project delivery.

Create static and motion creatives and edit short- and long-form videos for social and paid campaigns. Produce high-performance ad creative for Meta, Google, and YouTube, adapt formats across platforms, collaborate with marketing/performance teams, use AI tools to improve productivity, and maintain brand consistency.

Work with SMEs to review, refine, and enhance learning content. Edit and structure academic materials, design instructor-led PowerPoint sessions, apply instructional models (ADDIE, Bloom, Gagne), manage document workflows, provide feedback to content creators, and participate in meetings as needed.

Lead industry engagement and placement activities for a media and entertainment academy: build employer partnerships, source internships and jobs, manage placement calendar and student CVs, coordinate with faculty and business teams, mentor students, and run interview-prep and soft-skill sessions. Travel to Mumbai/Bangalore/Pune as required.

Teach LL.B/B.A. LL.B/BBA LL.B and LL.M courses; develop curriculum and assessments; conduct classroom and online instruction; supervise research and dissertations; publish research; mentor students; run moot courts, legal aid clinics, and industry engagement; support accreditation and administrative duties; liaise with legal professionals for internships and placements.

Support business development by maintaining and updating CRM, tracking inquiries and opportunities, researching potential partners, organizing client data, preparing pitch materials, coordinating with production, and recommending process improvements. 3-month internship with potential full-time conversion.

Lead the VFX & Animation vertical: manage and improve programs, recruit/mentor faculty, advise students, oversee projects and placements, build industry partnerships, and ensure academic compliance and curriculum development.

Deliver high-quality roto mattes for complex shots (characters, props, environments), handling motion blur, defocus, transparency, hair/fur and fine-edge detail. Ensure frame-to-frame consistency, QC work, troubleshoot difficult shots, collaborate with compositors/prep teams, manage shot priorities and timelines, and mentor junior artists to meet pipeline and client standards.

Manage student placements and internships by building corporate relationships, sourcing job opportunities, counseling and training students (mock interviews, soft skills), coordinating campus/online recruitment, and tracking offers through onboarding. Organize industry events, guest lectures, and collaborate with faculty, alumni, and leadership to improve placement outcomes.

Teach and develop International Business courses, mentor students and junior faculty, engage with industry partners, conduct and publish research, supervise graduate projects, and contribute to curriculum and departmental initiatives.

Teach and develop intermediate to advanced cloud technology courses (AWS, Azure, GCP), create hands-on projects and assessments, integrate DevOps and cloud-native practices, update curriculum to industry standards, participate in committees and student recruitment, and mentor students and interns.

Identify and engage prospective brand partners, perform market research and trend analysis, coordinate outreach with creative and partnerships teams, and support development of strategic branded-content collaborations.

Manage office administration for two divisions including budgeting, procurement, petty cash, vendor and travel coordination, records management, HR administration support, process improvement, team supervision, and daily office operations to ensure business continuity.

Make 100–150 outbound/inbound calls daily to prospective and current customers, promote courses/services, close sales, resolve customer grievances, record interactions in CRM, meet call/target KPIs, and maintain/update customer database.

Teach and develop marketing courses (including digital marketing), design curricula and assessments, mentor students and junior faculty, conduct and publish research, supervise student projects, and collaborate with industry partners to provide practical learning experiences.

Make 100–150 outbound/inbound calls daily to prospective and current customers, explain product/service features, resolve queries and grievances, document interactions in CRM, meet call targets, update customer database, and close sales to earn performance-based incentives.

Edit and enhance videos for social media, marketing, and branding campaigns using effects, transitions, audio work, color correction, and motion graphics. Organize assets, collaborate with the creative team, and meet deadlines. Maintain attention to storytelling, pacing, and composition.

Lead and manage outreach and sales teams to meet yearly sales targets. Develop sales and marketing strategy, forecast with business development, recruit/train/coach staff, run online/offline campaigns and events, maintain records, and drive growth in an entrepreneurial environment.
