Job Title / Designation: TELECALLER
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to our current and potential. As a telecaller representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers for closing the deals and resolving the queries of the current customers.
Responsibilities:
· Making outbound calls to current and prospective customers to encourage the purchase of products, and services or gather information.
· Taking inbound and mixed calls, responding to queries, and documenting activity in the CRM.
· Achieving daily or weekly call targets as set by the organisation
· Making 100-150 calls per day
· Explain the features and benefits of the products and services to a prospect.
· Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them
· Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information
· Pitch the services directly to the potential customers
· Store and update the customer information in the database
Annual CTC: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
Location(s) of Job: Remote – Open to candidates across India
Minimum/ Work Experience Required: Freshers or experienced
Additional Requirements:
· Must have completed minimum graduation
· Must have a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection
· Priorly experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Good negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
· Ability to switch the communication style based on social cues and conversational hints
· Should have good Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
· Should be moderate in English, Hindi & Marathi (Any other language is preferred)
Skills Required
- Minimum graduation

- Familiarity with CRM and ability to document activity
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
