Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and assisting in daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Desktop Support, Technical knowledge in basic troubleshooting for Laptop, desktop, Printer, & Networking.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Perform regular system backups, software updates, and antivirus management.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and resolve connectivity issues.
- Support user account setup and management in Active Directory/O365.
- Assist in asset inventory management and documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Follow IT policies and security procedures.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 0–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Specific Skill Set :
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and remote desktop tools.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and antivirus solutions.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Any other skill set:
- Exposure to ITIL practices or IT certifications like CompTIA A+, MCP, etc.
Skills Required
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
