Job Title / Designation: Head of Management Studies

Job Description:

Seamedu School of Pro Expressionism is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Management School to lead and inspire our faculty and students. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of academic leadership, a deep understanding of management education, and a passion for fostering a thriving learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Management School that aligns with the overall goals of Seamedu.
• Oversee the academic programs and curriculum, ensuring they are relevant, innovative, and meet industry standards.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Management School.

Faculty Development and Management:

• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-quality faculty team.
• Provide mentorship and support to faculty members in their teaching, research, and professional development.
• Evaluate faculty performance and implement performance improvement plans as needed.

Sales Revenue and Profitability:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and revenue generation for the Management School.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student recruitment, retention, and graduation rates.
• Explore opportunities for new revenue streams, such as executive education programs or consulting services.

Student Success:

• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes.
• Oversee student advising and career services.

Resource Management:

• Manage the school's budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Secure external funding and partnerships to support the school's initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

 Industry Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners.
• Collaborate with industry leaders to develop relevant curriculum and provide students with real-world experiences.
• Facilitate internships, placements, and industry projects for students.

Research and Innovation:

• Promote research and innovation within the Management School.
• Support faculty in their research endeavors and encourage scholarly publications.
• Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and critical thinking.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Significant experience in academic leadership, preferably at the department or school level
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative academic programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with faculty, students, staff, and external stakeholders
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading international business programs or initiatives
• Familiarity with accreditation standards and quality assurance processes
• A strong understanding of the latest trends and developments in management education
