The CCO also represents the organization with customers, investors, partners, and industry stakeholders while reporting performance and strategy to executive leadership and the Board.

Reviews loan applications, assesses credit risk, makes lending decisions, establishes approval conditions, documents suspensions and declines, and recommends exceptions. The Adjudicator ensures compliance with lending policies and approval limits, supports loan officers through coaching, contributes to policy and process improvements, and participates in assigned projects.

Ensures regulatory compliance, coordinates audit remediation, evaluates products and borrowers, monitors the loan portfolio, manages regulatory relationships, and develops risk-management training and culture.

Drive revenue growth across government and corporate accounts through consultative ICT solution sales. Identify opportunities, manage enterprise sales cycles, develop account plans, negotiate contracts, and maintain client relationships. Collaborate with technical teams on tailored proposals, manage CRM records, forecast sales, and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The role requires meeting targets, occasional local and international travel, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work outside normal hours when needed.

Manages and grows a business banking client portfolio by acquiring new clients, expanding loan and deposit relationships, marketing banking products, and delivering client service. Performs credit analysis, loan structuring, site evaluations, documentation reviews, and loan monitoring. Ensures KYC, regulatory, and credit-policy compliance; manages delinquency and portfolio risk; prepares performance reports; and collaborates with underwriting and risk teams. Represents the bank at business events and advises clients on lending products and procedures.

Owns the payroll software product lifecycle by gathering and validating requirements, translating roadmap features into user stories, prioritizing the sprint backlog, guiding functional design, and coordinating agile delivery. Provides customer application support, manages stakeholders, timelines, scope, implementation plans, and go-to-market activities. Applies payroll expertise to ensure compliance and customer value while resolving product issues and supporting launches.
