Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical approaches, support strategy and operational decisions, develop reports and dashboard outputs, ensure data quality, document methodologies, and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Analyzes credit portfolio performance, customer behavior, delinquency trends, lending strategies, and portfolio risks. Develops management and regulatory reports, extracts and validates data, builds automated analytical solutions, supports credit scorecard monitoring, and conducts statistical and predictive analysis. Partners with risk, banking, finance, and technology teams to improve lending policies, portfolio profitability, data quality, and decision-making.

Leads JN Bank’s commercial strategy, revenue growth, market expansion, sales, marketing, partnerships, customer growth, and commercial operations. The role develops business plans, identifies growth opportunities, optimizes sales performance, builds strategic alliances, strengthens customer acquisition and retention, improves commercial processes, and leads high-performing commercial teams. The CCO also represents the organization with customers, investors, partners, and industry stakeholders while reporting performance and strategy to executive leadership and the Board.
