Coordinates horticulture training, manages State Home project activities, oversees plant production for sales, develops a vermicomposting initiative, and supports plant rental, décor, home-garden, and garden-maintenance services. Also organizes employee volunteering events and maintains project ownership across horticultural programs.

Leads regional mobilisation, partnerships, advocacy, and implementation for accessibility and disability-inclusion initiatives. Builds relationships with government, civil society, academic institutions, OPDs, volunteers, and other partners; scales accessibility audits and platform participation; conducts sensitisation and outreach; coordinates campaigns and collaborative projects; tracks KPIs; and prepares reports and implementation documentation. Supports the Pune office’s financial operations through bookkeeping, transaction recording, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, cash-flow monitoring, payroll support, budgeting, grant finance, reporting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination. The role maintains accurate financial records, supports internal controls and process improvements, monitors expenditure against budgets, and ensures confidential handling of financial information in accordance with organizational policies and regulations.

Leads community-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation services for children and adults with disabilities. Conducts assessments, develops individualized plans, delivers therapy, prescribes mobility aids, and monitors outcomes. Develops rehabilitation protocols, mentors physiotherapists and community rehabilitation workers, coordinates multidisciplinary referrals, maintains clinical documentation, prepares reports, and promotes safeguarding, inclusion, and disability rights. Requires regular field travel and community outreach.

Drives fundraising and resource mobilization by managing donor relationships, retaining corporate and CSR partnerships, acquiring high-value donors, and identifying new funding opportunities. Develops proposals, concept notes, and presentations; maintains donor pipelines and engagement records in Salesforce; ensures process compliance and audit readiness; collaborates with program, finance, communications, and leadership teams; and tracks fundraising performance through dashboards and reports.

Develop sales strategies and generate business for assistive technology products, including wheelchairs, prosthetics, orthotics, mobility aids, and therapy equipment. Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, NGOs, government departments, distributors, and other partners. Conduct demonstrations, prepare quotations and tenders, manage CRM records and sales pipelines, support order execution and post-sales service, attend promotional events, and conduct market and competitor research. Extensive travel is required.

Lead the end-to-end NETI initiative, including strategy, piloting, implementation, scale-up, budgeting, technology deployment, community delivery, clinical quality, monitoring and evaluation, partnerships, fundraising, and team leadership. The role oversees a hub-and-spoke model for digitally enabled prosthetic and orthotic services, coordinates multidisciplinary stakeholders, establishes quality protocols, and develops sustainable models to expand assistive technology access in underserved communities.

The role also supports and trains early interventionists and participates in professional development focused on pediatric physiotherapy.

Provides strategic, academic, and operational leadership for IDRR. Responsibilities include developing institutional strategy, managing academic programs and operations, strengthening faculty and student support, promoting research, ensuring RCI and university regulatory compliance, leading accreditation and quality assurance, building partnerships, managing resources and budgets, monitoring KPIs, and developing multidisciplinary teams. The role requires extensive travel across India, particularly to district and rural locations, for field visits and stakeholder engagement.

Provides strategic leadership for APD’s SIS School and Institute of Disability, Rehabilitation & Research. The role oversees academic quality, curriculum and student outcomes, rehabilitation education, research and innovation, faculty development, institutional partnerships, governance, accreditation and regulatory compliance. As part of senior leadership, the Director will strengthen academic capability, promote collaboration, expand professional learning, and position APD as a leader in disability education, rehabilitation and research.

Provides pediatric physiotherapy oversight through partner organizations in an Early Intervention Program. Supervises rehabilitation services, mentors and trains partner therapists, monitors therapy quality and outcomes, develops evaluation tools, manages strategic partner relationships, and supports innovative community-based rehabilitation models for children with special needs. The role also includes reporting, compliance, problem-solving, and regular travel to partner sites.
