Responsibilities
· Clinical
Expertise: Assess, diagnose, and treat complex
cases requiring specialized knowledge and independent judgment. Do the referrals
based on diagnose for further treatment.
· Supervision
& Mentorship: Provide Community rehab centers
supervision, training, and guidance to junior therapists and assistants.
· Operational
Management: Assist with administrative duties
such as scheduling, staff rotas, and coordinating multidisciplinary care plans
related to Health and Rehab.
· Quality
Improvement: Implement evidence-based practices,
audit performance, and develop service improvements.
· Communication: Act as a key liaison between staff, management, and Client.

· Experience:
minimum 2 years of experience in managing Community /clinical
rehab centers, and training skills.
· Preferred Licensures: Active, top-tier licensures in their specific field.
· Skills: Proven leadership, exceptional communication, advanced
clinical skills, and mentoring abilities.
