The Role
Develop sales strategies and generate business for assistive technology products, including wheelchairs, prosthetics, orthotics, mobility aids, and therapy equipment. Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, NGOs, government departments, distributors, and other partners. Conduct demonstrations, prepare quotations and tenders, manage CRM records and sales pipelines, support order execution and post-sales service, attend promotional events, and conduct market and competitor research. Extensive travel is required.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue
targets for AAT products and services.
2. Identify and generate new business opportunities through hospitals, rehabilitation
centres, NGOs, CSR partners, educational institutions, government departments, and
distributors.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for wheelchairs, prosthetic &
orthotic devices, mobility aids, therapy equipment, and other assistive technologies.
4. Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents, and coordinate with the AAT
team to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying
opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
6. Participate in exhibitions, medical camps, awareness programs, conferences, and
networking events to promote AAT products.
7. Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM records, customer database, and submit
weekly and monthly sales reports to the Head – AAT.
8. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for
introducing new assistive products and technologies.
9. Ensure excellent customer service, handle customer queries and complaints
professionally, and support post-sales follow-up.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management,
Life Sciences, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development.
Experience in medical devices, rehabilitation products, healthcare equipment,
assistive technology, or hospital sales is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
Ability to prepare proposals and quotations.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to analyse market trends and customer requirements.
Strong planning and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Skills Required
