Lead the implementation and administration of Dayforce HCM across U.S. operations. Gather requirements, configure workflows and security, coordinate data conversion and testing, support system administration, maintain data integrity, develop reports and dashboards, document processes, train users, manage enhancements, and drive change adoption. Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, business leaders, and implementation partners to improve HR technology and workforce processes.

Supervise manufacturing department performance across quality, cost, delivery, safety, training, morale, staffing, and continuous improvement. Administer and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across five manufacturing facilities, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless, VPNs, and SD-WAN. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and security hardening across cloud and on-premises environments.
