Responsibilities include root cause investigations, corrective actions, end-of-line testing, quality trend analysis, continuous improvement, supplier quality, first article inspections, field investigations, and compliance with HVAC performance and safety standards. The role collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, operations, suppliers, and customer-facing teams.

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for optimizing production processes, reducing labor and material costs, improving efficiency and quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role includes product costing, Lean Manufacturing implementation, time studies, capacity analysis, capital equipment projects, manufacturing documentation, technical troubleshooting, and new product introduction support. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams and provides training and technical support to manufacturing operations.

Develop and maintain enterprise manufacturing dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reports across multiple plants.
