Lead design, test, and release of HVAC products: perform component sizing and selections, design sheet metal housings and assemblies, create BOMs and documentation, run prototype testing and validations, drive manufacturable designs, mentor junior staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to balance performance, cost, manufacturability, and safety.

Lead enterprise automation strategy and roadmap; consult plant engineering to scope projects, build ROI, and manage execution through startup.
