Serves as a Vietnamese-speaking resource for employees and candidates while assisting the HR Manager and manufacturing leadership with daily HR operations and special projects.

Industrial Engineer supporting water coil manufacturing operations by improving production systems, layouts, material flow, labor standards, capacity, and productivity. Leads Lean Manufacturing and cost-reduction initiatives, analyzes processes and production data, develops work cells and standard work, resolves manufacturing constraints, and supports automation, tooling, equipment upgrades, and capital projects. Collaborates with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, and Purchasing to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Design and validate manufacturing processes, optimize layouts and material flow, implement lean methods (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED), perform time studies and capacity modeling, support plant start-up, train staff, lead PFMEA and continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
