Maintain and audit master data in the ERP, coordinate item and BOM data with PLM, resolve data integrity issues, support system implementations and enhancements, assist engineering and cross-functional teams with data entry, troubleshooting, training, and documentation.

Program and update CNC programs for turret punch presses and laser cutting machines, create/modify CAD drawings, improve material utilization, read blueprints, troubleshoot production issues, and rapidly implement design changes while learning new software.

Provide on-site IFS Cloud ERP functional support, troubleshooting, training, UAT assistance, and process guidance for manufacturing operations. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues, improve data integrity, and drive user adoption and continuous improvement.
