Coordinate production schedules across value streams, support KPI attainment, expedite orders, optimize ERP and material utilization, assist capacity, backlog and labor planning, and coordinate design and maintenance activities.

Program, commission, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-controlled automation systems; develop SCADA and HMI applications; configure VFDs, servo drives, and motion control; support robotic systems; commission equipment; read and interpret electrical and pneumatic drawings; collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve automation and maintain documentation.

Lead a plant-based industrial engineering team to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety. Own line design, standard work, labor standards, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Drive KPI tracking (OEE, yield, cycle time), layout and automation projects, MES/LMS integration, APQP/NPI support, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS.
