Leads all HR functions for a unionized manufacturing facility, partnering with plant leadership and maintaining a visible production-floor presence. Responsibilities include leadership development, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, performance management, engagement programs, HR metrics, employment-law compliance, collective bargaining agreement administration, grievance resolution, and labor strategy. The role also supports recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, training, and positive union and non-union workplace relationships.

Leads industrial engineering and manufacturing cost-improvement initiatives across the value stream. Determines product labor and material costs, identifies savings opportunities, supports Lean Manufacturing and process improvements, implements capital projects, evaluates automation equipment, and provides technical and documentation support to manufacturing departments. Collaborates with Design Engineering, Maintenance, Tooling, Purchasing, and Production Control.

Lead design, test, and release of HVAC products: perform component sizing and selections, design sheet metal housings and assemblies, create BOMs and documentation, run prototype testing and validations, drive manufacturable designs, mentor junior staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to balance performance, cost, manufacturability, and safety.
