Program, commission, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-controlled automation systems; develop SCADA and HMI applications; configure VFDs, servo drives, and motion control; support robotic systems; commission equipment; read and interpret electrical and pneumatic drawings; collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve automation and maintain documentation.

Lead and develop a team of safety professionals to ensure regulatory and company policy compliance. Conduct site safety audits, incident investigations, hazard and ergonomic assessments, training programs, and manage workers' compensation and industrial hygiene programs. Analyze safety metrics, drive corrective action plans, and serve as EHS subject matter expert for leadership and safety committees.

Lead a plant-based industrial engineering team to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety. Own line design, standard work, labor standards, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Drive KPI tracking (OEE, yield, cycle time), layout and automation projects, MES/LMS integration, APQP/NPI support, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS.
