Drive new-business and account expansion sales across Public Safety, state/local government, and education by positioning Microsoft cloud solutions and Planet professional services. Build partner relationships (including Microsoft), translate compliance and security needs into business value, support proposals and SOWs, provide pipeline forecasting, and meet bookings and pipeline targets through prospecting and collaboration with technical teams.

Drive new-business and account expansion sales for Power Platform and Business Applications. Qualify opportunities, partner with Microsoft and internal teams, frame outcome-based solutions, produce SOWs/RFX responses, forecast pipeline, and meet bookings targets while translating low-code capabilities into business value.

As a Power Platform Consultant, you will work with clients to deliver and manage Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions, communicate effectively, and contribute to project success.

Partner with public-sector clients to design, implement, and maintain AWS and Azure cloud environments. Provide Linux system administration, troubleshooting, CI/CD support, cost/performance optimization, security assessments, governance guidance, and act as a technical SME on containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, and related cloud services.

The Dev Ops Cloud Developer will design and implement cloud solutions, lead DevSecOps practices, manage cloud migrations, and mentor junior developers. They will ensure compliance and secure cloud environments, using tools like Terraform, Jenkins, and automation best practices.

Develop and maintain Power Platform-based BI solutions and automations, perform ETL and data cleansing, build Power BI dashboards and predictive risk models, integrate AI/ML into reporting, and support cybersecurity, IT, and finance data collection and visualization for senior leadership and operational teams.

Provide senior-level Office 365 managed services: analyze customer requirements, design and deploy Office 365 tenant architectures, maintain M365 workloads, resolve tier 3/4 incidents, and configure security tooling (Defender, Sentinel, Intune). Act as long-term advisor to public-sector clients.

Design, lead, and deploy Microsoft 365 infrastructure modernization projects including tenant design, Exchange and AD migrations, security and compliance configurations, and presales support. Provide technical vision, lead teams, and advise customers on Microsoft 365 workloads, security stack, and migration strategies for large enterprise and government clients.

Design and deliver customized Microsoft 365 training and adoption programs; build customer relationships; create learning content, webinars, and champions programs; produce adoption reports; coordinate with internal teams to drive user adoption and mitigate risks.

Support IT and M365 projects by gathering requirements, performing data analysis, producing executive deliverables (BRDs, user guides, wireframes), facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops, driving adoption and onboarding, and documenting standardized case studies and playbooks to expand offerings.

The role involves consulting and deploying SharePoint and Microsoft solutions to enhance workplace productivity, requiring technical expertise in Microsoft technologies.
