Administer and modernize secure Windows Server and enterprise database environments in classified settings. Responsibilities include Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, virtualization, cybersecurity hardening, vulnerability remediation, performance tuning, backup and disaster recovery, system integration, incident response, technical documentation, and infrastructure modernization. The role leads deployments and migrations, advises on architecture, mentors junior administrators, and collaborates with cybersecurity, networking, application, and engineering teams.

Administers and engineers enterprise identity and messaging services across Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Exchange Online, and hybrid Microsoft environments. Responsibilities include infrastructure design, security hardening, identity synchronization, authentication, network troubleshooting, compliance, automation, cloud modernization, documentation, and Tier III support within complex federal environments. The role requires extensive PowerShell automation, federal cybersecurity compliance, incident response support, and participation in on-call rotations.

Oversee the PMO practice, including governance, team leadership, project execution, performance tracking, stakeholder communication, financial management, risk mitigation, and quality controls. Supervise remote project and program managers, ensure complex technical engagements meet scope, schedule, budget, contractual, and delivery standards, and collaborate with executive and departmental leadership to drive successful outcomes.
