Builds dashboards, applications, automations, ETL integrations, predictive risk models, and AI/ML solutions for unstructured data. Performs data normalization, visualization, business intelligence analysis, and risk assessment improvement. Recommends data storage and integration solutions, creates Power BI documentation, and applies SQL, R, Python, and other data science tools to federal systems and public-sector projects.

Manage assigned IT managed-services accounts, customer relationships, service delivery, escalations, renewals, reporting, and add-on opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor and coordinate engineers, architects, consultants, and account executives to resolve technical issues and meet service-level expectations. Lead ad hoc contract work as a project manager and manage Microsoft FastTrack engagements while ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, accurate invoicing, and service value.

Oversee the PMO practice, including governance, team leadership, project execution, performance tracking, stakeholder communication, financial management, risk mitigation, and quality controls. Supervise remote project and program managers, ensure complex technical engagements meet scope, schedule, budget, contractual, and delivery standards, and collaborate with executive and departmental leadership to drive successful outcomes.
