Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials for new hires and existing staff. Enter and track audit data, prepare voluntary mail audits, coordinate with independent auditors, respond to CRIB letters, identify potential SIU cases, maintain office support, and assist with PolicyCenter/SharePoint worksheet edits and system testing as needed.

Provide paralegal support to General Claims attorneys: conduct legal research, monitor Westlaw and dockets, analyze liens/child support/releases, draft correspondence and pleadings, prepare recurring reports, and assist with subpoenas and collections support.

Provide in-house legal oversight on insurance coverage and defense matters. Analyze coverage issues, draft reservation of rights and coverage position letters, monitor litigation and appellate work, advise General Claims on legal questions, respond to regulatory and consumer inquiries, and counsel business units on policy language, marketing, fraud, and legislative developments.
