Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials for new hires and existing staff. Conduct needs assessments, collaborate with subject matter experts, ensure regulatory compliance, coach employees, and evaluate training effectiveness. Oversee classroom and e-learning content, schedule sessions, and recommend updates to improve performance and learning outcomes. Hybrid role based in West Trenton, NJ with some travel required.

Support business decisions by running queries, performing exploratory analysis, developing KPI dashboards and visualizations, and producing presentations. Collaborate with Data Engineers and cross-functional teams to align data definitions, improve source systems, comply with data governance, and monitor product and operational performance.

Develop, configure, and customize business applications (screens, data model, batches) on an agile team. Write code, perform unit and integration tests, provide estimates, support production deployments, troubleshoot integrations (web services/messaging), and seek mentorship from senior developers.
