Here at NJM, we are seeking a Client Services Associate in our West Trenton office. The Client Service Associate is primarily responsible for answering inbound phone calls, providing general information and welcoming visitors. They handle incoming calls and transfer customers to the appropriate department or individual. This role also involves greeting visitors in the lobby and maintaining the reception area. This opportunity is hybrid and does require you to work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (12:45PM-9:00PM). This includes a 15% shift differential.

- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Proficiently utilize available resources and ask relevant questions to determine the proper destination of a call.
- Answer questions and address the needs of internal and external customers.
- Greet walk-in lobby customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform general receptionist duties.
- Learn and perform additional administrative tasks which support the Contact Center.
Required Qualifications: Knowledge, skills & abilities, experience, minimum & desired education, certification and/or license requirements.

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
Pay Range: $35,524-$41,237Eligible full-time employees receive a competitive Total Rewards package, including but not limited to a 401(k) with employer match up to 8% and additional service-based contributions, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life and Disability coverage, generous PTO, Paid Sick Leave, and paid parental leave in addition to state-mandated leave.
