Lead global brand strategy, creative standards, and flagship campaigns end-to-end. Build and mentor the brand and creative team, oversee campaign production and operations, run brand health measurement, and drive market entry and localized brand growth in Europe (UK, France, Netherlands). Design, build, and maintain Lemonade's data foundation: ingestion layers, streaming and batch pipelines, CDC, data lake, and scheduling infrastructure. Ensure data quality, governance, and enable data-mesh practices while partnering with engineers, ML teams, data scientists, and product managers.

Build and maintain microservice-based Home product features in TypeScript/NestJS, use internal automation to develop and deploy services, collaborate with Product/QA/Data/ML to meet squad OKRs, own production-grade, scalable code, and improve engineering best practices.

Own and scale a core growth domain within the Car product: define strategy and roadmap, ship and optimize features, and partner with engineers, data scientists, actuaries, designers, marketers, and analytics to drive acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization, and AI-native experiences for autonomous-car insurance.

Build and operate production LLM agent systems for customer service, including real-time voice agents, knowledge base design, evaluation experiments, cost tracking, guardrails, and scalable TypeScript/Node backend services on Kubernetes/AWS.

Lead automation and self-service initiatives for Lemonade's claims and customer touchpoints, using GenAI and LLMs. Define product strategy, collaborate with designers, engineers, and analysts, translate vision into requirements and prototypes, prioritize work, and scale systems to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Lead long-term vision and architecture for Lemonades AI-powered platform (LoCo). Drive cross-team alignment, own API strategy and adoption, translate technical complexity for leadership, and leverage AI to optimize platform-scale decisions and developer experience.

Design and lead leadership development for managers in an AI-first, high-growth company. Own Manager Seminars, create practical learning assets across formats, use data and People Insights to identify gaps, measure impact, and iterate quickly. Foster peer learning, build toolkits and templates, and support managers in remote/hybrid AI-integrated environments.

Build and maintain core platform services and APIs for distributed microservices, improve developer efficiency with tools and infrastructure, ensure service stability and scalable communication patterns, work with AWS and infrastructure-as-code, and partner with DevOps for deployment and monitoring.
