Lead preparation and timely completion of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy), coordinate footnote disclosures and GAAP/SEC checklists, manage reporting timelines, research technical accounting issues and draft memos, monitor and implement new accounting standards, and maintain accounting policy documentation and SOX financial reporting controls.

Lead growth strategy and execution to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. Use data, user research, and A/B testing to define KPIs, run experiments, and optimize product experiences. Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to deliver measurable revenue impact.

Design, build, and scale a cloud-native ML platform and AI agents. Own end-to-end ML lifecycle (training, testing, deployment, monitoring), architect Kubernetes microservices with infrastructure-as-code, ensure production reliability and performance, and collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to align ML projects with business goals.

Lead automation and self-service initiatives for Lemonade's claims and customer touchpoints, using GenAI and LLMs. Define product strategy, collaborate with designers, engineers, and analysts, translate vision into requirements and prototypes, prioritize work, and scale systems to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Lead and build AI-powered automation across Customer Operations (CX, Claims, Underwriting). Own the automation roadmap, partner with Product and Engineering, design prompt and agent architectures, drive pilots to scaled production, build executive business cases, manage vendor tooling feedback, and grow a team of builders focused on GenAI integration and workflow automation.

Lead and scale a global engineering and data science organization to build an AI-powered insurance platform. Own technology strategy, multi-year engineering plans, delivery across software/data/AI/infrastructure, talent strategy, and executive communication to drive reliable, secure, customer-focused products.
