Design, build, and maintain Lemonade's data foundation: ingestion layers, streaming and batch pipelines, CDC, data lake, and scheduling infrastructure. Ensure data quality, governance, and enable data-mesh practices while partnering with engineers, ML teams, data scientists, and product managers.

Lead car insurance pricing strategy by identifying opportunities, building and improving pricing and risk models using actuarial methods, ML and AI tools, partnering with Data Science, Product, Engineering and Finance, defining metrics (loss ratio, rate adequacy, conversion, retention), and translating complex pricing problems into scalable product and platform requirements.

Build and maintain microservice backend features in TypeScript/NestJS, own domain quality and scalability, collaborate with Product/QA/Data/ML, mentor engineers, and deploy production-grade services.

Lead profitability and growth for Lemonade's Pet insurance line by driving strategic, cross-functional initiatives. Act as a mini-COO: analyze business challenges, translate data into recommendations, execute projects end-to-end, influence leadership decisions, and partner with Product, Actuarial, Finance, and Revenue to optimize performance.

Lead development and integration of predictive pricing models for home insurance, modernize state rating plans, support rate filings, monitor performance and recommend pricing actions, analyze competitor strategies, develop pricing for expansion, build internal pricing analytics software, and coach/mentor analysts.
