Teams at Lemonade

Own the local employee lifecycle in Tel Aviv, including onboarding, offboarding, employee support, HRIS administration, benefits, office operations, and vendor coordination. Maintain accurate Workday records, create self-service documentation, and automate repetitive People Ops workflows using AI and other tools. Support global People initiatives, collaborate with international counterparts, and handle sensitive employee matters with empathy and sound judgment.

Manage Lemonade’s global treasury operations, including banking relationships, cash positioning, forecasting, investments, foreign exchange exposure, hedging recommendations, intercompany arrangements, treasury controls, and audit support. Partner with Finance and Accounting on treasury initiatives while ensuring liquidity and regulatory needs support the company’s global growth.

Lead global brand strategy, creative standards, and flagship campaigns end-to-end. Build and mentor the brand and creative team, oversee campaign production and operations, run brand health measurement, and drive market entry and localized brand growth in Europe (UK, France, Netherlands). Partner with founders and execs to define brand narrative and ensure consistent, high-quality creative across channels.
