Lead end-to-end CX automation projects, optimize LLM pipelines and RPA, report on automation performance, partner cross-functionally, mentor team members, and bring forward emerging AI-driven improvements to customer experience.

Design, build, and maintain Lemonade's data foundation: ingestion layers, streaming and batch pipelines, CDC, data lake, and scheduling infrastructure. Ensure data quality, governance, and enable data-mesh practices while partnering with engineers, ML teams, data scientists, and product managers.

Lead car insurance pricing strategy by identifying opportunities, building and improving pricing and risk models using actuarial methods, ML and AI tools, partnering with Data Science, Product, Engineering and Finance, defining metrics (loss ratio, rate adequacy, conversion, retention), and translating complex pricing problems into scalable product and platform requirements.
