Own quality strategy for the Billing Platform, build scalable automated testing across web, API, and end-to-end workflows, and develop tools that improve engineering quality and autonomy. Partner with developers, Product, and Design to identify risks, use AI agents and prompt engineering to enhance testing, translate quality data into recommendations, and promote quality engineering practices across the organization.

Provides senior legal counsel to a public, high-growth company on securities, capital markets, SEC and NYSE compliance, corporate governance, M&A, strategic transactions, commercial agreements, and Board matters. The role oversees disclosures, proxy statements, insider trading compliance, contracting processes, and regulatory developments while advising executives and directors. It also supports legal workflow improvements using AI-powered tools and requires regular presence in the NYC office.

Lead complex product design initiatives from problem definition through delivery, influence decisions across Product, Engineering, Data, and leadership, mentor designers, shape AI-powered experiences, guide design-system strategy, and improve design processes, tooling, and quality standards. The role requires strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on use of AI in design or product development.
