Oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple companies, LLCs, IT services contracts, real-estate properties, and self-storage investments. Responsibilities include financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, billing, collections, payroll coordination, tax support, internal controls, property accounting, and staff supervision. Provide ownership with financial analysis, profitability insights, and recommendations while improving processes and reporting accuracy.

Design, install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN/VPN and wireless networks and related hardware (routers, switches, firewalls). Monitor performance, troubleshoot outages, maintain security (IDS/firewalls), coordinate vendor maintenance, support servers/infrastructure, document configurations, and ensure compliance with security policies.

Designs and maintains engineering productivity frameworks, internal tools, automation, and custom applications. Partners with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product teams to improve development, testing, infrastructure support, and developer experience. Leads Generative AI integration, ensures scalability and reliability, provides technical leadership, troubleshoots existing systems, and tracks productivity metrics.

The Implementation Engineer configures the PowerCARD application, develops custom solutions, performs testing, and assists clients with implementation and acceptance testing.

Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot, and document incidents.

Build proof of concepts using Salesforce LWC and OmniStudio, enhance existing components, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with customers. Collaborate with a team of experienced architects and stay updated with Salesforce technologies.

The Salesforce Telco Implementation Consultant will implement and configure Salesforce solutions for the telco industry, focusing on EPC, CPQ, and OM, while collaborating globally and communicating with clients.

The Network Engineer will design and implement network solutions, manage hardware, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and ensure compliance with policies.

Design and implement BigQuery-based medallion (lakehouse) architectures and ingestion pipelines on GCP; define datasets, partitioning, clustering, and cost controls; support batch/incremental/on-demand processing; implement data quality, monitoring, and search/AI integration; produce architecture docs and work with engineering, data, DevOps, and product teams for handover.
