Design, install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN/VPN and wireless networks and related hardware (routers, switches, firewalls). Monitor performance, troubleshoot outages, maintain security (IDS/firewalls), coordinate vendor maintenance, support servers/infrastructure, document configurations, and ensure compliance with security policies.

Designs and maintains engineering productivity frameworks, internal tools, automation, and custom applications. Partners with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product teams to improve development, testing, infrastructure support, and developer experience. Leads Generative AI integration, ensures scalability and reliability, provides technical leadership, troubleshoots existing systems, and tracks productivity metrics.

The Implementation Engineer configures the PowerCARD application, develops custom solutions, performs testing, and assists clients with implementation and acceptance testing.
