Investigate and resolve production incidents, defects, and performance issues across Sitefinity and .NET applications. Maintain Sitefinity widgets, modules, integrations, patches, upgrades, and security fixes. Support releases, deployments, rollbacks, testing, and root-cause analysis while collaborating with QA and DevOps. Maintain documentation and runbooks and participate in sprint planning and technical reviews.

● Multi-site or headless Sitefinity
● Azure DevOps / AWS / Azure ● Redis, monitoring tools and automated testing
● AMS or enterprise production-support experience
Experience
● 5+ years .NET development
● 2+ years Sitefinity experience preferred
