Leads Garrett Motion’s China and Japan import-export trade compliance program, including customs audits, export controls, tariff classification, country of origin, valuation, broker management, free trade agreement programs, duty optimization, recordkeeping, regulatory monitoring, and compliance training. Partners with legal, tax, finance, supply chain, engineering, sales, customs authorities, brokers, and global trade teams to mitigate risks, improve processes, manage compliance KPIs, and support import-export operations.

Leads global procurement process improvement, transformation, sustainability, and digitalization initiatives. Responsibilities include updating procedures, coordinating cross-functional projects, administering procurement platforms, supporting automation and AI initiatives, monitoring implementation and benefits, developing communications and training, and improving procurement efficiency. Support manufacturing operations by improving OEE/RTY, commissioning and documenting equipment, leading Kaizen and continuous improvement, supporting NPI and quality incident investigations, and training production and maintenance teams to reduce downtime and PPM.

Design, architect, and implement enterprise Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management solutions (Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, PKI). Lead IAM transformation across IT/OT/cloud/SaaS, enforce Zero Trust, enable SSO/MFA/passwordless, integrate identity governance, and drive compliance (SOX, NIST, GDPR). Provide architecture, standards, and stakeholder leadership for global IAM adoption and security resilience.
