The role guides engineering on cost-effective designs and processes, supports performance-cost tradeoffs, and collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional global teams across automotive electronics, motors, and manufacturing processes.

Manage aftermarket sales growth across distributor and customer networks. Responsibilities include achieving sales and collection targets, developing channel strategies, forecasting demand, negotiating commercial terms, monitoring inventory and credit risk, supporting customer requirements, and coaching distributors. The role also coordinates with supply chain, finance, marketing, legal, and quality teams while contributing to long-term channel strategy and business development.

The role also standardizes rotor processes, develops manufacturing expertise, and collaborates with engineering teams and suppliers.

Leads global manufacturing and industrialization programs for zero-emission technologies, including NPI execution, capacity planning, capital investments, equipment launches, and operational excellence initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, finance, and operations; monitors performance, resolves risks, and supports strategic transformation, GEM deployment, and Kaizen projects.
