This role involves working in the Garrett Engineering team to develop innovative boosting solutions for improved vehicle performance, including turbochargers and electrification.

Supports day-to-day HR operations for the Garrett organization by coordinating with Fuyo Outsourcing & Consulting to ensure smooth, accurate HR services. Provides support to the Country HR Leader for Japan as requested.

Manage customer demand, forecasts, orders, shipment planning, and delivery performance for a regional customer portfolio. Integrate demand into SAP and related systems, resolve forecast and EDI issues, coordinate with customers, sales, supply chain, plants, and logistics teams, and support shipment assurance, past-due reduction, inventory optimization, production transfers, and new product introductions. Analyze forecast variations, lead demand arbitration, monitor KPIs, address logistics claims, and ensure compliance with global processes and quality standards.
