Manage customer demand, forecasts, orders, shipment planning, and delivery performance for a regional customer portfolio. Integrate demand into SAP and related systems, resolve forecast and EDI issues, coordinate with customers, sales, supply chain, plants, and logistics teams, and support shipment assurance, past-due reduction, inventory optimization, production transfers, and new product introductions. Analyze forecast variations, lead demand arbitration, monitor KPIs, address logistics claims, and ensure compliance with global processes and quality standards.

Design, develop, simulate, validate, and launch turbocharger components, assemblies, and product lines. Lead qualification activities, prototype testing, design reviews, technical documentation, product specification updates, and customer support. Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, quality, and cross-functional engineering teams while improving qualification processes, tools, and procedures.

Leads a global customer business segment with full P&L and strategy responsibility. Manages customer relationships, negotiations, launches, risk, costs, pricing, quality, delivery, and new business development. Coordinates cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, quality, finance, program management, and industrialization. Sets long-term strategy, financial plans, performance metrics, and team objectives while driving Six Sigma, DFSS, customer satisfaction, and on-time, on-budget product launches.
