The IT Leader oversees site IT services, manages the budget, leads IT projects, ensures compliance, and optimizes service delivery while maintaining strong relationships with central IT functions and site leadership.

Own product cost and lead cost-optimization activities. Analyze product cost breakdowns, identify gaps versus benchmarks, coordinate engineering/procurement/vendors, run cross-functional workshops, and project-manage cost reduction initiatives while supporting program managers on risk, change, and cost planning.

Lead NPI and manufacturing process development for electrical assemblies (motor inverters). Drive MRL deliverables, FMEA, PPAP/ODT validation, equipment specification and line commissioning. Standardize processes globally, support suppliers and plants, and implement Lean Six Sigma projects to improve quality, HSE, efficiency and productivity.
