Lead product analytics and experimentation for Fora’s travel marketplace. Design scalable playbooks, operating models, routing protocols, templates, CRM workflows, and success metrics while partnering with Product, Training, Events, Operations, and RevOps. Establish a repeatable model that improves advisor retention, booking velocity, plan mix, and GMV.

Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs driving advisor activation, engagement, productivity, retention, and reengagement. Develop segmentation, journeys, testing roadmaps, measurement frameworks, reporting, and personalized communications. Partner with Analytics, Product, Sales, RevOps, Data, and Advisor Experience teams to identify friction, improve advisor progression, and optimize programs. This senior individual contributor role independently translates business goals into hypotheses, launches programs, interprets results, and guides supporting specialists.

Own Fora’s performance creative strategy for advisor acquisition, including audience-based concepts, testing frameworks, creative briefs, performance analysis, and iteration. Partner with growth marketing, creative, and data teams to develop channel-specific static, video, UGC, and AI-assisted assets. Build a compliant creator program, establish the creative strategy function, mentor creatives, and connect creative improvements to incremental ROAS, CPA, CAC, testing velocity, and conversion performance.

Own end-to-end trust and safety enforcement cases, including investigations, policy decisions, communications, resolutions, and appeals. De-escalate complex disputes, manage high-volume queues, document decisions, track SLAs and operational metrics, escalate fraud and legal-risk cases, conduct quality reviews, identify abuse patterns, and recommend policy, process, and automation improvements. The role also maintains communication templates and reports enforcement trends to leadership.

Develop and maintain advisor payment systems; collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and financial transparency; manage backend services.

Design and implement scalable backend systems for advisor payments, ensuring accuracy and performance, while collaborating with product teams to enhance user experience.

Lead and build Fora’s outbound and inbound sales organization: hire and coach account executives and BDRs, create outbound strategy and playbooks, design comp and quota frameworks, partner with RevOps for reporting, and collaborate with Marketing to drive predictable pipeline and GMV growth while scaling processes and culture.

Own day-to-day cruise operations and booking-portal workflows, manage multiple projects, scale processes, monitor performance via data, support group bookings, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve systems and operational outcomes.

Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP travel clients, overseeing the full sales cycle from inquiry through booking. Provide personalized hotel and destination recommendations, proposals, transportation, excursions, and special-request coordination. Support complex requests across the advisor team and assist the Director of Travel Sales. Identify workflow inefficiencies, implement AI tools, document solutions, and train colleagues while staying current on travel trends and destinations.

The Senior/Staff Backend Engineer will build AI-driven products, optimize performance, collaborate with teams, and establish best practices for Applied AI at Fora.

Provide prompt, empathetic support across booking, account, finance, and advisor experience queues via Intercom. Resolve inquiries end-to-end, meet SLA/CSAT/AHT/FCR targets, maintain macros/SOPs, improve tooling and AI/chatbot automation, and help onboard and mentor new team members while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Lead booking operations support for Fora advisors, owning complex booking escalations, managing a distributed contractor support team, improving tooling and SOPs, surfacing systemic issues to Product/Engineering/Finance, and driving scalability initiatives while meeting support SLAs and mentoring new team members.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Fora, you'll build and enhance the Advisor Experience, collaborating with Product and Design to develop web applications that support travel advisors in managing client interactions and bookings.

The Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer will develop AI-driven products, enhance the advisor portal's functionality, and ensure system reliability using best practices in software and AI development.

The Senior Backend Engineer will build and manage the backend systems for Fora's products, implementing new functionalities, optimizing architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Owns end-to-end quality assurance across frontend, APIs, backend services, databases, and third-party integrations. Responsibilities include integration, exploratory, regression, system-level, and data validation testing; root-cause analysis using logs, traces, and observability tools; API testing with Postman; SQL-based database verification; detailed defect reporting; and collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams throughout planning, development, release, and post-release validation.
