About Fora

Fora is the modern travel agency, empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs to build thriving travel advisory businesses. We're modernizing the $100B+ travel industry with AI woven through every part of the advisor's workflow, plus global supplier relationships, personalized training, and a vibrant community, all in one place. That's what lets advisors build businesses that scale, while their taste and service create trips no algorithm alone could plan. At the heart of it all is our mission: to help the next generation of travel entrepreneurs turn their love for travel into a fulfilling career, whether full-time or part-time.

We're mission-driven and obsessed with our customers, and we believe humans and AI are both essential: the best work here comes from people and technology at their best, together. That's not just a philosophy about our product, it's how we build our team. Everyone at Fora gets hands-on with frontier AI tooling as part of the job. At Fora, you'll learn to be AI-fluent, with real experience applying AI to solve problems day to day, wherever you sit in the company.

Founded in 2021, Fora has grown to a team of 250+ full-time employees based in downtown New York City. In 2026, we closed a $60 million Series D led by Forerunner and Tactile Ventures, with continued backing from Thrive Capital, Insight Partners, and Heartcore Capital. We've been named a LinkedIn Top Startup (2024), one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies (2023 and 2025), and one of TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies (2026).

Come build something that hasn't existed before.

About The Role

Fora is continuing to grow beyond its core US business into new markets like the UK and into new business lines like Cruises. Each one needs to run on the same foundation: HubSpot, Hightouch, and broader tooling ecosystem. As an Implementation Specialist on the RevOps & Martech team, you'll adapt what our core GTM Operations teams build to what each market and business unit needs to operate, and keep those systems running day to day. You'll also drive tool migrations across teams, so success means teams are actually using the tools, not only that the systems are connected.

This is a chance to be part of how Fora builds an AI-native, warehouse-first stack, and to work directly with people across many functions. You'll be the first point of contact when a market or business unit needs access, a migration, or its own instance, and you'll evaluate each request against our architecture rather than solving it one-off. In your first six months, you'll build a repeatable playbook and always-on enablement documentation. Everyone at Fora works hands-on with frontier AI tools, and you'll learn to be AI-fluent by applying AI to real problems in your day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extend and localize our core stack (HubSpot, Hightouch, broader stack integrations) for International, Cruises, and future business lines.
  • Provide day-to-day support and break-fix for non-US markets and BUs across sales systems, marketing automation, routing, forms, Sales Hub, and SDR queues.
  • Make hands-on HubSpot changes for BU needs, such as properties, workflows, and configuration, and build funnel improvements that optimize the current system.
  • Drive lateral tool migrations across teams, owning adoption team by team through to completion.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for market and BU requests for access, migration, or a separate instance, and evaluate each against our warehouse-first, one-system-of-record architecture, in partnership with GTM Operations and RevOps.
  • Enable BU teams to build their own audiences, emails, and channels in Hightouch, and maintain always-on enablement documentation.
  • Inventory in-flight migrations and BU requests, and build a standard intake process and build a repeatable playbook.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or systems implementation.
  • Hands-on HubSpot/Salesforce experience making configuration changes (properties, workflows,
  • Hands-on experience with an ESP such as Braze or Iterable.
  • Hands-on experience with Segment/Hightouch or another composable CDP tool.
  • Experience leading at least one tool migration or multi-team rollout end to end.
  • Experience writing enablement documentation or training for non-technical teams (playbooks, how-to guides).
Strongly Preferred
  • Experience with a warehouse-first stack (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar).
  • Travel or marketplace industry experience.
