Lead end-to-end advisor acquisition strategy: design and run zero-to-one experiments, measure incrementality and LTV, optimize channels and creative, build AI-powered automations, partner with data/product/creative, and scale high-quality advisor acquisition based on downstream value and rigorous testing frameworks.

Lead retention for Fora X, building and scaling Advisor Relations: run a travel-knowledge expert bench, design experiences and recognition programs, measure impact on advisor retention and growth, resolve high-value advisor issues, and create systems for segmentation, allocation, and scalable high-touch service.
