Support multiple luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion. Maintain Procore project documentation, process RFIs/submittals/change orders, track schedules/budgets/procurement, coordinate subcontractors, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.

Build and improve a payroll/timesheet/productivity system from MVP to launch: develop backend and frontend features, maintain staging and tests, participate in daily standups, follow a product roadmap, and collaborate remotely with a distributed team.

Lead and support retail Workforce Management applications (UKG Dimensions/Workforce Central) across lifecycle phases. Partner with business and vendors to design, implement, integrate, and troubleshoot systems, manage projects, supervise resources, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver reporting and documentation to improve WFM capabilities in Distribution Centers.

Lead and enforce civil engineering department policies and procedures, manage operations and staff, ensure civil design deliverables for commercial and public site development, coordinate with project managers and designers, use AutoCAD/Bluebeam/MS Office to gather project information, identify approval hurdles, and drive performance metrics.

Manage mid-to-large construction projects (K-12, higher ed, multifamily, ground-ups) including review of plans/specs, scheduling, cost and change management, RFIs, submittals, subcontracting, client and subcontractor coordination, and DSA/oversight compliance.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms in a senior living facility. Follow infection-control protocols, operate cleaning equipment, handle waste (including biohazard disposal), restock supplies, respond to emergency cleanups, and collaborate with staff while ensuring resident comfort and safety.

Manage mid-to-large construction projects (K-12, higher education, multifamily, ground-ups). Review plans/specs, set schedules, track costs and change orders, handle RFIs and owner pay applications, oversee shop drawings/submittals, prepare subcontracts and POs, coordinate subcontractors, run jobsite meetings, and maintain client communication.

Manage and lead quality control across multiple construction projects: supervise staff, develop and review QC plans, perform inspections and witness tests, participate in audits, manage non-conformance resolution, ensure compliance with codes and company standards, and support commissioning and documentation. Maintain and obtain required ICC and agency-specific certifications.

Design electrical schematics and panels, program and debug PLCs/HMIs, develop BOMs and test plans, commission machinery onsite, troubleshoot service issues, and train customers and team members.

Assist on construction sites performing material handling, site setup and cleanup, operate basic tools under supervision, follow safety protocols, and support crew members as needed.

Analyze and optimize water system and treatment operations, forecast demand, prepare technical recommendations and reports, oversee system modifications, water audits, leak detection, equipment selection, and supervise/approve subordinate and third-party work to ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency.

Manage accounts payable for construction projects: receive, verify, and enter vendor invoices in Procore and accounting systems; process payments; reconcile statements; handle vendor inquiries; process expense reports; assist month-end close and maintain AP documentation and compliance.

Implement and maintain safety programs for underground utilities and infrastructure projects. Conduct site inspections, investigate incidents, provide OSHA and emergency response training, maintain safety records, and collaborate with management to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe work environment.

Perform outdoor grounds maintenance including debris clearing, operating basic landscaping equipment safely, and working with team members to maintain clean, attractive landscapes.

Manage accounts payable, process owner billings and subcontractor pay applications, review vendor statements and certified payrolls, issue and track subcontracts, verify insurance certificates, and support corporate accounting tasks for commercial and multifamily construction projects.

Manage mid-to-large construction projects (K-12, higher education, multifamily, ground-ups) including plan/spec review, schedules, cost tracking, change management, RFIs, pay applications, shop drawings, submittals, subcontract agreements, subcontractor and client relationships, and regular jobsite coordination.
