Support multiple luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion. Maintain Procore project documentation, process RFIs/submittals/change orders, track schedules/budgets/procurement, coordinate subcontractors, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.

Prepare and finish interior and exterior surfaces for commercial and residential projects: scrape, sand, patch, prime, paint, stain, and apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Lead and support the Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system: manage configurations, upgrades, implementations and troubleshooting; collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams; provide technical guidance and development using the CC&B SDK; oversee system enhancements and ensure operational effectiveness.

Implement and maintain safety programs for underground utilities and infrastructure projects. Conduct site inspections, investigate incidents, provide OSHA and emergency response training, maintain safety records, and collaborate with management to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe work environment.
