Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, documentation, quality, safety, contracts, and client communications. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and change orders, leading meetings, tracking costs and billing, resolving construction issues, and completing punch lists and final documentation. Supervise inmates, enforce facility rules, conduct searches and background checks, monitor security, document incidents, and respond to emergencies. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, preparing accurate reports, supporting facility safety protocols, and interacting professionally with inmates, visitors, and staff. CPR certification and knowledge of law enforcement, criminal law, security practices, and correctional compliance are valuable.

Performs OTDR testing and non-destructive inspections on fiber optic cables and mechanical components. Identifies faults, interprets schematics, analyzes test data, troubleshoots network issues, conducts quality inspections, maintains testing and calibration records, and follows ASME standards and safety protocols. Uses hand tools and equipment for assembly and repair while supporting reliable, high-quality communication infrastructure.
