Support multiple luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion. Maintain Procore project documentation, process RFIs/submittals/change orders, track schedules/budgets/procurement, coordinate subcontractors, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.

Manage mid-to-large construction projects (K-12, higher education, multifamily, ground-up, specialized sectors). Oversee plans, schedules, costs, change management, RFIs, submittals, contracts, subcontractors, and client communications while ensuring DSA/OSHPD compliance and coordinating teams.

Perform outside sales by visiting Bay Area construction sites and apartment buildings, introduce company services, set meetings for senior reps, build relationships with superintendents and project teams, drive meetings/contacts/proposals, attend trade shows and networking events, and meet sales metrics. Compensation includes base plus commission and benefits.
