Support multiple luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion. Maintain Procore project documentation, process RFIs/submittals/change orders, track schedules/budgets/procurement, coordinate subcontractors, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.

Prepare and finish interior and exterior surfaces for commercial and residential projects: scrape, sand, patch, prime, paint, stain, and apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Mask and protect areas, perform touch-ups and punch-list work, use ladders/scaffolding/lifts safely, maintain tools and PPE, follow OSHA and jobsite safety procedures, and keep work areas clean and organized.

Install, finish, and repair drywall for commercial and residential projects: measure, cut, secure panels, apply tape and compound, sand and finish surfaces, install corner bead, read basic plans, maintain jobsite safety, and coordinate with crew.
