Performs quality-control activities for installed Leksell Gamma Knife systems and collaborates with Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing, Service, and suppliers. Requires approximately 10% travel and work in the office four days weekly.

Responsibilities include executive relationship management, installed-base and lifecycle planning, pipeline and revenue growth, opportunity development, account strategy, stakeholder coordination, project oversight, forecasting, competitive intelligence, customer education, and government relations support. The role requires influencing cross-functional teams, maintaining governance, and traveling domestically and internationally approximately 50% of the time.

Supports global procurement operations across multiple regions by managing supplier approvals and onboarding, sourcing activities, supplier documentation, spend analysis, procurement compliance, performance monitoring, savings reporting, SOP maintenance, and process improvement. Collaborates with business stakeholders and global category managers to ensure efficient, consistent procurement practices aligned with company policies.

Senior Software Engineer on the Neuro engineering team developing and maintaining Leksell GammaPlan. Work across requirements, architecture, design, implementation and unit testing with strong C++ emphasis, Linux configuration, GUI features, regulatory compliance, code review, and agile collaboration (SAFe/Scrum).

Lead design and implement software for a radiotherapy treatment planning system. Drive technical decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, review code, mentor engineers, collaborate in agile teams, and improve engineering processes across the full software lifecycle.

Lead supplier quality management for APAC, evaluate and qualify suppliers, run audits and PPAP/qualification, drive supplier development, resolve supplier quality issues, support NPI and cost-reduction, implement QMS/ISO compliance, and participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives.
