The Sales & Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility is to drive sales in new business, expanding growth with existing customers and winning new customers.

Responsibilities -

  • Develop regional sales/adoption strategy for the Korea business.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers (sites and KOL’s) to support the sales of the Elekta business solutions, always in full alignment with global policy.
  • Provide input to Regional Marketing team to help drive Life cycle management business including the service business.
  • Provide input to Business Line Leaders and Regional Marketing team to help the generation process (Campaigns).
  • Set business line direction for budget process
  • Manage regional PR in close collaboration with global organization.
  • Support market data collection such as customer needs, competitors, pricing, market share and market trends.
  • Interact with other functions and operations within the Elekta Group to ensure seamless collaboration

  • Provide quotations and proposals in line with Company’s Sales Policy

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies -

  • Bachelor’s Degree (clinical or business oriented) or equivalent knowledge acquired through business experience
  • Extensive sales and marketing experience gained within a business-to-business environment arena focused on maximizing existing client spending and/or exposure to a consultative solutions selling approach.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills coupled with a persuasive personal style ideally gained in an “existing client account” business environment.
  • Highly motivated to achieve individual attainment and display competitive drive.
  • Demonstrate sound negotiating skills
  • Excel in effective and positive communication
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Confident, articulate and flexible, focused on achieving financial and personal goals.
  • Demonstrated initiative (self-starter).
  • Flexible style (“do whatever it takes” and “win-win” approach).
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time within Korea.
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Any other tasks may be assigned
