Administers Qualtrics surveys, validates and documents data, responds to analytical requests, identifies trends and inconsistencies, and communicates findings to college leadership while maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Supports marketing initiatives for the College of Humanities, Social Sciences and Arts, including administering social media, creating print and digital marketing materials, managing webpages, and providing photography and video support. The role involves advertising, promotions, branding, campus outreach, email marketing, and deadline-oriented creative production. Strong communication, social media analytics, computer, and Adobe Creative Cloud skills are required, along with active graduate student status at Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Graduate Assistant will support the TRIO McNair program by recruiting eligible scholars, developing workshops and coordinating the summer research internship, assisting with graduate school preparation and academic coaching, maintaining records and alumni information, and supporting grant reporting and other assigned tasks.

Provide teaching and teaching-related support for undergraduate art courses: grade and record assignments, prepare and proctor exams, develop teaching materials, hold office hours, assist faculty in lectures and labs, and perform related administrative duties.

Must be an Art major, admitted to Graduate School, in good standing with a minimum graduate GPA of 3.00, and registered each term. Compensation: $4,000 per semester ($2,666 for summer) plus tuition waiver up to six credits. Onsite in Dallas; employment contingent on criminal history check.

Support faculty-led research by conducting literature reviews, collecting/entering data, drafting and editing manuscripts, preparing presentations, assisting with grant proposals, maintaining organized records, and supporting research events and submissions.

Provide front-office administrative and receptionist support for the Art Visual Communication department: greet visitors, handle calls and emails, schedule meetings, manage records, assist with events, process mail and supplies, perform data entry, prepare documents, and support faculty and department leadership.

Support the Office of Marketing and Communications by designing multimedia and digital marketing assets, creating Canva templates, enforcing brand guidelines, processing brand approvals, maintaining archives, and tracking projects in Teamwork. Deliver professional-level designs, assist campus partners, and ensure timely completion of assigned design tasks.

Assist faculty in undergraduate biology labs and lectures: supervise labs, grade assignments and exams, prepare chemicals, manage stockroom, proctor exams, support virtual labs via D2L, and hold weekly office hours. Position requires biology background, lab and chemical safety experience, and enrollment in a relevant master's program.

Serve as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Honors Program: teach or assist with undergraduate honors courses (e.g., HC200, HC350), grade and proctor exams, hold office hours, develop teaching materials, support recruiting and events, supervise student workers, and complete required trainings under faculty supervision.

Provide research support for Psychology & Special Education faculty: assist with labs and teaching, aid faculty research, prepare reports, enter data, and perform other assigned tasks (up to 20 hours/week). Must meet GA enrollment, academic standing, and training requirements.

Support recruitment and academic preparation for TRIO McNair Scholars: assist with outreach, coordinate workshops and internships, maintain alumni records, provide academic coaching/tutoring, and help with graduate school preparation and program reporting.
