Design, build, and operate backend API servers and worker services for global web platforms (CLO-SET, CONNECT). Ensure stability, scalability, search-data integration, large-scale data processing, and collaborate with frontend and cross-functional teams to design and improve platform functionality and developer workflows.

Work with global brands to implement 3D garment workflows using CLO ecosystem tools. Deliver demos, training, technical support, and user advocacy; create tutorials and 3D content; collaborate with developers on features and bug reports; participate in client projects and events, including occasional international travel. Maintain high client satisfaction and monitor software utilization to support growth initiatives.

Manage office operations, employee onboarding, event coordination, and HR/finance administrative support for the New York office. Act as liaison with global offices, vendors, and leadership to improve processes, track expenses, and maintain a positive employee environment.

Lead UI/UX design for AI Studio and web product suite: build and evolve a design system, craft web UI and Virtual Showroom experiences, produce Figma deliverables and developer handoffs, collaborate with PMs, engineers, and business teams, and explore AI tools to improve design-to-development workflows.

The User Success Manager will oversee operations for CLO's individual and student user community, manage inquiries, analyze user interactions, improve services, and collaborate on projects and events to enhance customer experience in the Southeast Asia market.

Drive sales and client growth across Europe and Africa by presenting CLO’s 3D fashion solutions, managing implementations, coordinating with 3D Design for onboarding, researching market trends, planning events, and liaising with global offices and legal/business support to ensure successful client adoption and expansion.

Serve as the liaison between users and developers to drive 3D adoption, implement digital transformation and retention strategies, deliver workshops and content, collaborate globally on projects and product innovation, and translate industry needs into development proposals.
