Manage daily operations for CLO Online user community: handle inquiries and support, analyze user activity and service gaps, improve service processes and customer experience, coordinate cross-functional projects with web developers and marketing, and plan events targeting subscription users while aligning with the global online team.

Work with global brands to implement 3D garment workflows: consult, train, support clients, create 3D content, lead demos/events, collaborate with developers, and analyze post-implementation improvements.
