Leads the design and delivery of enterprise analytics data products, Tableau dashboards, AI-generated narratives, and conversational analytics experiences. Architects SQL-based data sources using Redshift and S3, develops Python reporting tools, governs semantic layers and data quality, and partners with engineering and data science teams. Advises senior stakeholders, translates ambiguous business questions into actionable insights, drives self-service analytics adoption, evaluates AI tooling, and manages cross-functional analytics workstreams.

Lead enterprise architecture strategy and reference architecture, partner with business and technology leaders, design scalable cloud and API-based systems, govern architecture standards, mentor teams, drive innovation and roadmap for platform evolution while ensuring resilience, observability, and alignment with business objectives.

Lead global billing operations and strategy for Choice Hotels, ensuring accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, SOX compliance, and KPI reporting. Lead Choice Hotels' editorial content function, defining editorial strategy, managing a team of writers and editors, ensuring SEO-driven content performance, and partnering cross-functionally and with agencies to deliver high-quality destination, brand, and hotel content that drives engagement, conversion, and brand authority.

Provide high-level executive support to the CMO and senior marketing leaders while managing cross-functional marketing projects. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, preparing presentations and board materials, project planning and status reporting, vendor coordination, and maintaining departmental operations, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Manage Property Improvement Plan (PIP) incentive programs end-to-end: negotiate with franchisees, administer approvals and budgets, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track project progress, maintain Salesforce records, and execute final payouts. Use people data and HR systems to inform decisions, partner with Talent Acquisition and Rewards, and lead a small HRBP team to deliver scalable HR solutions and change leadership.

Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and processes to govern and scale enterprise AI tooling. Integrate data feeds for usage and cost metrics, support LLM lifecycle management and benchmarking, implement AI governance guardrails, collaborate with architecture and cross-functional teams, and create enablement documentation.
