Braze Product and Design doesn't just design and build features. We dig into complex problems with curiosity and a genuine understanding of customer needs, embracing emerging technology to deliver products that are trustworthy, reliable, and built to make a real difference. We work closely with Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, and more, across New York, San Francisco, Toronto, and beyond. We tackle ambitious projects with less hierarchy and real autonomy, and are backed by accessible leaders. Culture runs on mutual trust and no ego, where being proven wrong isn't a setback, but part of finding the right answer. We stay connected through hangouts, regional gatherings, and our annual PDE onsite.

Mentor engineers, improve reliability and observability, reduce technical debt, and deliver foundational platforms and code-generation tooling supporting messaging journeys across multiple teams.
