As a manager, by treating my team as individuals with autonomy to manage their territories like entrepreneurs, I foster a culture of ownership, develop trust, and am able to offer flexibility to encourage work-life balance without sacrificing results. I encourage my team to take time away from work to recharge and will also be the first one to ask to hear about their time away! I also encourage my team to completely unplug while on PTO.
