Lead customer-facing AIOps engagements as a senior solutions architect: design and implement BigPanda solutions, drive enterprise implementations, mentor architects, influence stakeholders, and ensure value realization and operational resilience.

Lead UX design for AI-driven IT operations platform, define design principles, create scalable systems, mentor a growing team, influence product strategy.

Manage and grow large, complex enterprise SaaS accounts across EMEA by building C-suite relationships, developing strategic account plans, driving revenue expansion and retention, leading complex global negotiations, and working cross-functionally to align solutions and deliver measurable customer value.

Lead SRE individual contributor responsible for platform reliability, defining and tracking SLAs/SLOs/SLIs, owning incident response and on-call rotations, reducing MTTR via systemic fixes, embedding reliability and observability across the stack, and leveraging automation and AI to scale production systems.

Manage and grow large, complex enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior IT leaders. Develop and execute strategic account plans, demonstrate platform value, drive revenue expansion and retention, lead complex global deal negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align products and deliver customer outcomes. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and retention targets and provide market feedback to influence product direction.

Own BigPanda's product operating system end-to-end, connecting Product, Engineering, and GTM. Build AI-powered voice-of-customer intake and beta/design-partner programs, run launch readiness and cross-functional checkpoints, prototype internal low-code/agent tooling and dashboards, unify automated metrics and reporting, and identify/manual-to-agent automations to ship first working versions and drive adoption.
