- Assets work as a connected content system across executive social, corporate social, video, events, field, and demand programs.
- Executives and subject-matter experts have a practical, low-friction way to show up on camera and share useful ideas.
- One source asset routinely produces a meaningful family of high-quality social and video derivatives.
- Priority events generate content that extends their reach and usefulness beyond the event itself.
- The team learns what earns attention, what creates useful engagement, and what should be repeated, improved, or stopped.
- Content moves from idea to published asset with less friction, fewer unnecessary review loops, and clearer ownership.
- 5–8 years in B2B social, content, brand activation, digital media, or related marketing roles. Enterprise technology or SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
- A portfolio that demonstrates social-native thinking and real examples of short-form video you personally helped script, shoot, edit, or publish.
- Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, visual storytelling, platform behavior, and what makes someone stop scrolling.
- Short-form video fluency is non-negotiable. You’ve made the thing—not just briefed an agency to make it.
- Comfortable writing concise, high-quality social copy, video scripts, captions, headlines, and executive posts. Long-form editorial writing is useful, but it is not the center of this role.
- Strong editorial judgment: you can make complex technical or business ideas clear, specific, and interesting without overclaiming.
- Comfortable working directly with executives and subject-matter experts, including helping them find their voice and feel natural on camera.
- High autonomy and low process dependency. You default to figuring it out, making a good call, and moving the work forward.
- A bias toward shipping over perfecting. You know the difference between done-and-good and done-and-sloppy.
- Experience activating content around events, webinars, launches, or executive thought leadership programs.
- Comfortable using AI tools in a thoughtful, controlled workflow for transcription, ideation, editing, repurposing, and production support.
- Proficiency in some combination of Descript, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent video tools; Canva, Figma, or similar lightweight creative tools; and LinkedIn, Instagram/Threads, Facebook, and Twitter/X natively.
- Familiarity with GEO/AEO and content discoverability is a plus, but social judgment, video craft, and execution are more important for this role.

We transform how IT teams prevent outages and resolve incidents by turning data into insights and action. Without BigPanda, IT Ops and DevOps teams struggle with manual and reactive incident response capabilities that are badly suited for the scale, complexity and velocity of modern IT environments. This results in painful outages, unhappy customers, growing IT headcount and the inability to focus on innovation. Fortune 500 enterprises such as Intel, Cisco, United, Nike, Marriott and Expedia rely on BigPanda to prevent outages, reduce costs, and give their teams time back for digital transformation. BigPanda helps organizations take a giant step towards Autonomous IT Operations by turning IT noise into insights and manual tasks into automated actions.
