Lead company-wide strategic finance: budgeting, forecasting, long-range modeling, cashflow and capital planning, investor and board reporting, embedded finance partnership with GTM/Product/R&D, and build KPI frameworks and automated reporting to support an AI-native SaaS growth strategy.

Outbound-focused SDR responsible for prospecting Fortune 2000 accounts, qualifying leads, booking meetings for Account Executives, and meeting daily activity and weekly/monthly metrics using sales tools and training. Collaborates with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales while participating in coaching, certifications, and team events.

Serve as the technical bridge between BigPanda and customers by designing integrations, leading technical discovery, delivering demos and proofs-of-concept, troubleshooting deployments, and influencing product and adoption. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive production rollouts and ensure business value from observability, incident management, and AIOps solutions.
