Lead plant-level EHS programs in a metal-mechanical/HVAC manufacturing environment: ensure regulatory compliance, conduct audits and incident investigations, deliver training, track KPIs, drive sustainability and continuous improvement, and oversee occupational health and on-site medical services.

Lead controls design and development for NPI projects, translating product requirements into hardware and software controls. Design and validate systems for motors, pumps, valves, sensors and BMS integration (BACnet/Modbus). Develop V&V plans, create panel drawings and BOMs, qualify suppliers, lead cross-functional teams, document best practices, execute lab testing, author ECNs, support field issues, present controls strategy, and ensure regulatory code compliance.

Serve as primary finance business partner for Milford plant: own site financial performance, reporting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory controls, SOX compliance, capital spend, KPIs, and lead cost-out and productivity projects while supporting corporate and Americas finance initiatives.
